How to start a return

1. Email hamon.batista@gmail.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
2. We'll send you a free prepaid US return shipping label.
3. Pack the watch in its original box with all papers and accessories.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Condition for returns

Watches must be returned unworn (or worn only for trying-on) and in the original packaging with box, warranty card, and papers included.

Exchanges

Want a different model or color instead? Let us know when you request your return and we'll arrange an exchange free of charge.

Damaged or defective items

If your watch arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately — we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
